Graviera is a traditional Cretan cheese. Someone could say is Crete’s trademark. It is produced from goat and sheep milk. In order to be consumed, it has to be matured for at least 3 months. However, the older the better. While cheese matures, it acquires a more spicy and stronger taste. Due to this procedure and the age variation( up to 5 years), we are able to offer to our customers, the exact taste they seek.
Our suppliers are producing graviera exclusively for our store for the last 80 years.
