Our family is producing honey for the past 104 years with the same authentic way. So it is 100% organic and contains only thyme and herbs of the Cretan soil.
We are extremely proud for our product and only one try, will change your whole perspective regarding original honey taste.

We collect our honey in an area which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Samaria Gorge. Only at the highest peak of these mountains, only few miles from the Mediterranean Sea, the thyme flower grows. Of all the Greek honeys, Thyme is the best and the most rare because the collecting season is only a few weeks in the August. The unique land and dry summer make a difference which enrich our honey. So the health benefits are more among other honeys.
